Today’s pest control services market is highly diverse as far as quality of services is concerned. It raises doubts of auditors, sanitary and veterinary inspectors concerning plants actual protection against pests.

     Our pest control system aims at monitoring pests activities, determining area of their occurrence and effective ways of elimination. Law

     On certain conditions pests can turn up in every space and at every time of year Their presence in production plants lead to contamination of product, which can cause suspicion that producer did not fulfil hygienic requirements. According to current legislation every company operating on food market is responsible for safety of produced and sold food. Certain procedures concerning pests prevention and control should be drawn up in order to avoid threats caused by presence of pests in production plants. These procedures, being part of GHP and GMP should be prepared before implementation of HACCP system. That is why they are often called introductory procedures for HACCP system.

  Ministry of Health order of December 19th 2002 on sanitary requirements concerning transportation of food, processing substances, allowed additional substances and other food ingredients (Polish Journal of Laws No 21, position 179, 2003).

Phases of pest control system implementation

Implementation of the system consists of three main phases:

• Preliminary audit – service free of charge. It is done to determine the level of hygiene, risk of pests appearance, level of their activity, assessment type and number of equipment necessary to protect the plant. The audits are carried out by qualified inspectors. Results of the audit are described in a special report.
• Securing of the plant – elimination of maximum number of pests within the plant; installation of appropriate equipment in order to restrict rodents access into the plant.
• Service – regular inspections in accordance witch schedule attached to documentation.
  These actions guarantee consistent and effective pest control within every plant. All inspections are described in reports and system documentation.

Documentation
All our actions are precisely described in system documentation created individually for every customer in accordance with HACCP system requirements.

Full documentation of our actions consists of:

• schedule of operations – determines a yearly schedule of inspections,
• procedure of securing the plant from pests – describes all pest control actions within the plant,
• description, register and operating manuals for pest control equipment,
• register of substances used and all required permits and certificates,
• monitoring lists of rodents activity,
• corrective actions register – actions to be done in order to provide proper insect- and rat-tightness in protected areas,
• plan of the plant marked equipment.

Red
Protektor programme is created for food production, pharmaceutical and cosmetics plants and assures their pest control.
The programme’s scope includes high quality Polish and foreign equipment as well as professional services of our company. We provide full documentation and rendition of services in accordance with HACCP systems.
With this system our inspections take place every 4-6 weeks. 

White
We offer a preventive pest control programme with inspections taking place every 6 weeks. We provide high quality Polish and foreign equipment. A report is prepared after each inspection of plant and equipment, as well as change of glues, detectors and poisons.
The system allows for a full control and monitoring of pests presence within a plant. In case of plague of pests we carry out extermination of insects and rats with high quality substances.
